- International shipping will charge per KG
Furniture
- Pick up in person is ideal or local delivery for $20
- Shipping outside of Cairns must be organized and paid for by the client
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Returns
Australian consumers have automatic guarantees for goods and services they buy, including that the goods will be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose specified. However change of mind is not a valid reason for a return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved. We will offer depending on each individual circumstance a Repair, Replacement or Refund.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered within the first 7 Days of purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to promptly Repair, Replace or Refund the item.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
